The groundbreaking of Holy Cross Armenian Church of Los Angeles took place on March 26, 1922, and almost one year later the new church building was constructed.
"The church is cruciform. Electric lamps illuminate the altars, the central dome, and the entire ceiling. The church also has a still-vacant spacious lot adjoining it, reserved for the future construction of a National Hall,” write the members of the Audit Committee.
