On Friday, January 9, 2026, the Rev. Fr. Gomidas Zohrabian visited the elderly residents of the California Armenian Home in Fresno, bringing them the joyful good tidings of the season and the warmth of pastoral care. During his visit, Fr. Gomidas performed the traditional Service of the Blessing of the Water and also distributed Holy Communion to the residents, offering prayers for their health, peace, and spiritual renewal. The faithful gathering received the blessed water and the Holy Eucharist with reverence, finding comfort and strength in the sacred service, which served as a meaningful reminder of God’s abiding presence and the Church’s loving care for its senior members.
