The Armenian Evangelical Church marked its 170^th anniversary with a cultural celebration. The evening of Praise and Sacred Music was held on October 16, 2016 at the United Armenian Congregational Church in Hollywood. The festive celebration featured bass vocalist Vahagn Hovents, lyric-soprano Arpy Aintablian, tenor Raffi Kerbabian, lyric-sorano Lucine Fyelon, pianist Sirarpi Zirekyants. The event’s technical director was Nazar Hadidian.

Archpriest Fr. Arshag Khatchadourian attended the event and extended the Primate’s blessings and genuine wishes to the organizers.
