JOSEPH KANIMIAN AWARDED RED CROSS TEN YEAR SERVICE PIN

Member of the Supreme Spiritual Council and Chairman of the Western Diocesan Council, Joseph Kanimian, Esq. was awarded the "ten year service pin" by the American Red Cross Los Angeles Region for his many years of service to the Organization.

The pin was presented to Mr. Kanimian during the extended board of directors meeting held at the California Club on Thursday July 20, 2017.

Mr. Kanimian also serves on the Public and Community Affairs and Fundraising committees of the ARCLA Board.

The American Red Cross of the Los Angeles Region serves nearly ten million people in eighty eight cities within Los Angeles, Inyo and Mono Counties and is made up of five Red Cross chapters: Northern Valleys, Greater Los Angeles, San Gabriel Pomona Valley, Santa Monica and the Long Beach/Rio Hondo chapters.

"I am honored to be the recipient of the pin from the ARCLA.I am privileged to serve this great organization that provides humanitarian services and assistance to all communities under its jurisdiction and beyond and is appreciated and respected by everyone" stated Mr. Kanimian and thanked all the volunteers and supporters for their service through contributions, blood donations and community involvement.

The Western Diocese of the Armenian Church of North America under the Primacy of His Eminence Archbishop Hovnan Derderian has been an ardent supporter of the ARCLA and has honored the organization by dedicating a cross-stone in the name of the ARCLA in St. Leon Cathedral, Burbank, California.
